Great looking, fast receipt and a breeze to install!

I received this grille in less than a week, much earlier than the original estimate that I was given upon initial purchase. It's great looking, sturdy (made of metal), and was supremely easy to install. When my husband was trying to decide in which direction to install it for ease of inserting the filter, we discovered that it really doesn't matter because the direction of face can be changed to any direction. The face can also detach completely if needed.

Okay Quality of materials. Disappointing craftsmanship. Ordered this based on Made in USA and other reviews touting quality product. Product I received was medium gauge metal, not heavy at all.Misaligned corners, crimped edges, uneven sides... one corner edge actually wrapped around the abutting edge, forming a radius instead of a square corner.After weighing the 10-12 day return time against the need to get this done, I spent an hour reworking poor craftsmanship.The manufacturer advertises "high standard of design, production and finish on all products".. not so... "Every part is hand inspected for quality before it is packaged, no exceptions." ooops, yes exceptions... "No Sharp Surface Edges...smooth finished surface." yeah, but not straight or aligned "Heavy Gauge Steel. Heavier gauge than needed, built for durability and long life in mind, but still very thin." Ummm, which is it? heavy or thin? mine was relatively thin - about the same gauge as others out there. Positive: this allowed reworking bent edges and corners with my hands and small handtools...I don't usually write reviews... But when you promise something of quality and craftsmanship, you should deliver. ESPECIALLY in a time when "MADE IN USA" better mean something!!!..

Replaced my standard grille which came with the condo with this one. This grille is made of heavy duty steel and pvots open to accept a air filter. Well made! Very easy to change filters now! VERY PLEASED WITH IT!
