Grille was not want I thought from the drawing, it had sliding plastic tabs to open, and a hinge mechanism that causes the grill to come apart when opened fully (ceiling install) - it would have been helpful for the description to point that out. Even with expedited shipping, it arrived 2 days late. ETA was 1-3 days at order, actually took 5 days via Priority Mail and then the ship notice said it was only late after 7 days, huh? There was no way to contact seller by phone to ask questions about the product or shipping, only e-mail - which of course took 48 hours - then promising delivery that didn't happen. Note to self: next time, no vendor contact phone number - no order! Item was overpriced and badly packed. Mostly this experience was just terrible customer service. I can't send it back,my AC install is scheduled for the next day, so I'll install it anyway, but my advice to anyone reading this - avoid these guys!

Arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. No problems. The price was excellent and beat the nearest competitor by a very large margin!

After procrastinating for a year to get a new grille, I couldn't find one in any local hardware stores and was pleased to find this one. To make it even better, it fit like a glove and my wife was very pleased.
